GnomeMeeting (source)

GnomeMeeting is a very clean, very nice NetMeeting clone for Linux. It’s written specifically for the Gnome Desktop Environment, though it functions well in KDE. Nearly all elements of the program are tweakable, with a full range of settings and preferences. And the transmissions? This program, in fact, looks better than NetMeeting in its framerate and overall video quality.

Be sure to check the author’s pages for other packages that may be required for GnomeMeeting.
