Not Able To Attach Files…

I am using Outlook Express 6 with Windows XP Service Pack 1. The problem I am facing is that I can’t open any attachments received with e-mail – in any format – as this function is disabled. This is very frustrating and I would much appreciate if you help me out and let me know how can I enable opening of e-mail attachments. Thanks, and best regards!

Sounds like a security setting in Outlook Express. Go to Tools / Options and select the Security tab. Uncheck the box that states: “Do not allow attachments to be saved or opened.” This will resolve your issues with being able to open attachments. Good luck!
