One of the most endlessly frustrating things is being lost. Don’t you just hate it? It always seems to happen when you’re late for an appointment. Eventually, all of the streets start looking exactly the same, the street names have you totally confused, and you can’t find “that place on the corner with the green roof where you turn left.” Due to several direction services on the Internet, there’s really no excuse for being lost if you simply prepare a little bit. The de facto standard in mapping services has to be MapQuest.

If you haven’t heard of MapQuest yet, it’s time to take notice. Their directions are almost becoming a culture symbol. In fact, I’ve seen countless drivers staring at MapQuest directions at stoplights. Who knows, maybe those people are still trying to figure out where they’re going? Whenever you need to get from point A to point B, consult the site. Both maps and driving directions abound here. You can even use MapQuest to find airports and businesses. Before you know it, you’ll probably be staring at these directions with the best of ’em.
