Wilmington police join video game protest

Alright, apparently this whole debate is not going to go away. It seems that yet another police dept has joined the protest of a game called 25 to life. Normally I am not into censorship, but these are the folks that protect us and it really has them concerned. Time for a second look at the value of this game perhaps?

Wilmington police are joining a nationwide protest about a new video game called “25 to Life.”

Players get points for shooting police officers and gang members. They can use innocent bystanders as human shields.

The campaign against the game asks parents to keep their kids from buying or playing “25 to Life,” saying it breeds violence. [Read the rest]
