Unless you have been living under a rock, chances are good by now you have at least heard about Google’s Android project sponsored by Google. Well after a lot of hype, there is word that we may finally see Android available to the public.
This time instead of AT&T being the carrier, it will be T-Mobile. So does this mean that we will be looking into yet another great phone stuck with one single mobile phone carrier then? It is beginning to seem like the same old song and dance.
What is the phone like?

The new “Google” phone will provide its users with a touch screen, a slide-out QWERTY keyboard, and a 3-megapixel camera. Sounds like a great phone for those wanting the best of a Windows Mobile QUERTY style phone but like to still have access to a touchscreen as well. I think it will be interesting to see if the Android is able to go right up against the iPhone. I tend to doubt it, but anything is possible I suppose.
