The Outlook calendar is something that I definitely cherish. I keep all my appointments in there, when my bills are due, my son’s hockey games and practices, and so on. It has become a ritual every morning to open my calendar and see what I have going on for the day. I usually print a copy of my calendar as well each month.
One of the things you can also do within Outlook is print a blank calendar. This can useful in a meeting to take notes on. I print a blank calendar each month for my son so he can keep track of what he has going on for the month.
You can quickly print a blank calendar in Outlook using the steps below:
- Within Outlook, click the File menu, point to New, and click Folder.
- Type in a name for the folder.
- Click Calendar Items from the Folder contains list.
- Click Calendar under Select where to place the folder.
- Click OK.
- Highlight your new folder from the Folder list.
- From the File menu, click Print.
- Under the Print Style, select the type of calendar you want to print.
- Select the start and end date under the Print range.
- Click OK.

THANK YOU FOR THIS!!!! ;) I have been wondering how you could do this and just had never played with it enough to find out. With New Years coming up and the desire to get more organized, this little bit of advice will come in very handy! Thanks!

Thank you! I’m not sure what to put in the URL box but I copied what was in the address line at the top of the screen. I wanted to print out a calendar for my husband Joe, and I did. Thank you! He used to work for Microsoft and Outlook is his specialty, so he would probably know all about it (not me). In appreciation, we cordially invite you to visit our webpage, www.ruthandjoe.com. (We don’t sell anything or have any ads, mostly just pictures of our travels–I’m a flight attendant with US Airways.)
