Apple is facing a suit again, and this time it’s about the company’s lack of warning about the damaging effect loading music can have on your ears. This is what the complaint actually says:

This is another weird lawsuit that only costs valuable development money. I really hate the fact that people always try to get “their share” of a successful product. Let’s face it: If this case holds, which I doubt, companies like Sony should be sued, also. It causes the same damage – or is this way of thinking just too simplistic? I don’t know. The only thing I know about the fine art of advocacy is from TV shows…
