As hard as it is to believe, I’ve been a part of Lockergnome for almost three years now, and I’ve written well over 1,000 original articles for the Windows Fanatics newsletter. I can’t express how thankful I am to be a part of this company, and those of you that have followed my daily comments have been very supportive and appreciative of not only what I’m doing, but also of what the rest of the Gnome gang is doing, as well.

While I do plan to stay involved with Lockergnome for as long as Chris and Ponzi will have me, I have run into a problem, and it’s a problem that many of you will be able to relate to. Simply put, I’m actively looking for a job. I’ve been able to supplement my income in a satisfactory way for quite some time, but developments in my personal life have required me to find some regular and reliable work as soon as possible. I wanted to announce my immediate availability to our readers in order to see if anyone might be able to help connect me with something.

For more information on what I’ve done, what’s going on now, and what I’m looking for (I’m open to a wide range of opportunities, as long as I can work from home), please refer to this post on my blog. Here are the details:

Things just keep moving along in life, but the business side of things has been full of unbelievably frustrating delays. All I can say is, never count on anything, and be surprised by everything. Yes, I am working on finalizing a contract that would lead to Leopard’s revival, although you should know that I’m still open to all offers at this time, and I’d love to hear from other interested parties. There is some great stuff that I have planned for Leopard, and if you want to get in on it, then now would be the time to do so. I need some business partners to help bankroll this thing so that we can get it on the fast track to success. It’s ready to go, and it’s repeatedly proven itself (just look at this feedback); now I just need someone to help me jumpstart it. On top of that, I also have a finished screenplay on my hands, and it’s ready to be adapted into a film or a novel. If anyone has connections in these areas, then please let me know!

With that said, I have found myself in serious need of some solid and regular work so that I can continue to pay the bills while I mess around with getting everything else going. It takes a tremendous amount of time to get through all of the corporate headaches, and the rewards definitely aren’t immediate. As those of you who have followed my work already know, I have been involved with some great stuff, and I want to be an asset to other companies that truly understand what’s going on. I’m always looking for additional work, but at this particular time, I’m strongly pursuing serious opportunities. Whether the positions involve writing (I have extensive experience in this area), community management, product evangelism, media creation, or most anything else, I’m interested to find out what’s available because I need to find the perfect fit ASAP.

Not only do I have strong testimonials from my readers, but my comments are also frequently quoted alongside publications such as PC Magazine, The New York Times, The Wall Street Journal, and USA Today. For a refresher course on what I’ve done in the past and what I’m currently doing, please take a look at my work experience. If you’d like to evaluate a personal referral, then you can view the letter of recommendation that Chris Pirillo crafted for me.

I look forward to hearing from you. Feel free to contact me in order to find out more about what I’ve done, and what I can do for you.
