By default, the Taskbar contains the Start button, Quick Launch, and Notification Area. You can also customize the Taskbar to include any of the following toolbars:

  • Address
  • Windows Media Player
  • Links
  • Language Bar
  • Desktop

To add any of these toolbars, right-click the Taskbar, point to Toolbars and click the appropriate toolbar. You can also add a new toolbar. For example, you can make the contents of a specific folder available from the Taskbar. To do so, right click the Taskbar, point to Toolbars, and this time click the New Toolbar option. Choose the folder or type in the Internet address that you want to appear on the Taskbar and click OK.
