If you have an email address, you have more than likely found spam in your inbox at some point in time. Spam is what you would refer to as unwanted email and there are a few ways in which you can keep it out of your inbox.
In Windows Mail, one of the ways in which you can prevent spam is to use the block senders feature. You have the option of blocking individual email addresses. However, sometimes a much more efficient approach is to block an entire domain.
You can do this within Windows Mail by selecting the message from the domain you want to block. Click the Message menu, pointing to Junk E-mail, and clicking Add Sender’s Domain to Blocked Senders List. A message will appear indicating that the message has been added to the Blocked Senders List. Click OK to acknowledge the message. Now any messages you receive from the blocked domain will be moved to the Junk E-mail folder.
