Earlier this week I wrote about the Gun Suspect That Sued Microsoft After FBI Finds Sex Videos On His PC. Judge Mark Wolf of the U.S. District Court for Massachusetts dismissed the suit Wednesday.
In his ruling, the Judge explained that Michael Alan Crooker “failed to state a claim upon which relief can be granted” and approved Microsoft’s motion for summary dismissal.
