Did you know that you can send a message in Outlook from one email address and have all replies sent to an alternate one? For example, if you have an assistant, you can have replies sent to his or her email address instead of your own, even though the original message came from your email address. This is definitely useful if you want to collect responses to an email.
To send message replies to an alternate email address in Outlook 2002:
- Within Outlook, create a new mail message.
- From the message window, click the Options button on the toolbar.
- Place a check beside the Have replies sent to option.
- Click the Select Names button to choose the email address you want messages replies sent.
- Click OK.
- Click Close.
