CamTwist, is free, and lets you add special effects to your video chats. It also allows you to stream your desktop, portions of your desktop, still images, slide shows, or even movies.
The video effects are much more diverse than what you find in Apple’s iChat and Photo Booth. Everything about the program is completely cool and it does everything its author says, simply and well.
