Remember when your mother told you that she didn’t like the expression on your face? Perhaps it said far too much to her. Well, here is a note of caution. Your facial expressions can land you in a whole load of trouble at the airport:

TSA screeners trained to detect suspicious behavior are scheduled to become part of the nation’s high-risk airports later this year.”

The problems with this security approach are enormous. The TSA says that it assesses people “based on their individual nature“. However, there are huge social-cultural variability. That will engender error and, needless to say, lawsuits.
It seems that for a trouble free passage through the airport it might be wise to remember that ‘mum was right … again’.
