I have reviewed several “saves your phrases for later” type applications and they all seem to be lacking something. Clipboard programs just have yet to really amaze me over the long run. Maybe I am just picky? Maybe I have not been introduced to the right one. With that said, PhraseExpress goes a long way to proving me wrong and giving me something to enjoy.

PhraseExpress is much more than just a clipboard utility. It allows you to manage your most frequently used text phrases right from the taskbar icon. When you do as much support as I do on a day-to-day basis at my day job, you find yourself typing out certain phrases a lot. PhraseExpress cuts some of the work out of the equation and makes it simple enough to where it isn’t more work to get the macro to work than it is to just type something out.

Here is a little more about the program from the developer:

The program is ideal for email reply templates, signatures, addresses, and other information that you are frequently typing. In addition, the program includes powerful macro functions to launch programs, files, or email messages, and to insert dynamic variables like incrementing values, dates, and more.

I cannot stop thinking of good reasons for people to use this program.
