The American Civil Liberties Union (ACLU) is supporting embattled Idaho Senator Larry Craig. This is the senator who was charged and plead guilty in the Minneapolis airport incident. The ACLU believes that sexual solicitation is constitutionally protected:
“…”We clearly lay out what is the doctrine in terms of what speech is and is not protected,” Romero said. “To be able to solicit sex in private, in public spaces, for instance, is constitutionally protected speech.””

It seems that sexual solicitation may be seen as a protected civil right. Let it happen to your wife, daughter, sister… – and then discuss how it is a constitutionally protected.
