So let’s just say you get a new iPhone and you just LOVE it however you hate the service. In addition let’s say that you publish your opinion on your blog. According to AT&T’s new Terms of Service they can now cut your service for that. That’s right people, AT&T just updated there new TOS to include a clause that says they can suspend your account and all service “for conduct that AT&T believes”…”(c) tends to damage the name or reputation of AT&T, or its parents, affiliates and subsidiaries.” This definitely gave me caution when thinking of getting an iPhone. Looks like Ma Bell is back in town and is pulling some major crap. This, in my opinion is an all out declaration of war on free speech. AT&T denies any censorship and will not change their agreement. Looks like they may have a few fewer customers.
