It is one thing that our modern world is obsessed about at the moment. How we look, feel, how we think of ourselves, and how others think of us. These thoughts have been etched into the young minds of young adults and teenagers. But what really is the answer to this question? Well if your one of the young adults or teenagers you may be thinking eating less, covering yourself with creams. But is that really the answer?
Look around most websites that talk about healthy living. They recommend that you sleep eight hours and in some cases nine. They also recommend getting at least thirty minutes of moderate activity each and everyday. In some cases though it is recommended that they get possibly even sixty minutes a day. Realistically though that probobly isn’t going to happen. Most people sleep an estimated six hours a night and rarely exercise. This can be due to stress at work, laziness, over tiredness, and lots of other factors.
What you can do to stop this? Well it essentially depends on how bad you want it. For example: If your on a lunch break try and take a midday nap. Also in the morning before you head off to work or school eat a well balanced breakfast.(Some people just don’t realize how important this is). It may be hard, but try to the best of your ability to get rid of stress. This could mean taking a nice walk, or in some cases taking a vacation. This all fits in to your healthy living.
