I’ve recently had to try and setup a number of meetings, and although I do have meetings on occasion, I usually don’t have this many. Because of this, I sometimes forget about how complicated it can be to establish a meeting time that works for everyone. Usually this process involves a flurry of e-mail’s detailing each individual’s schedule that are sent back and forth, and this communication can be difficult to make sense of all at once. To get started, all you have to do is select the meeting times that work for you and then create the event. You then send a custom URL to the invited parties that enables them to choose the times that they’re available from the ones that you have selected. When the results have been compiled, you’ll quickly be able to see what works for everyone. This is a better method than just using plain text, and when you use it, you’ll appreciate it.
