I recently got Guitar Hero: On Tour, it’s the Guitar Hero game for the Nintendo DS that comes with a Guitar Grip. Now the guitar grip has only four buttons the green, the red, the yellow, and the blue one. Yes there is one button missing if you are trying to compare them to the Console version with the guitars, the grip is missing the orange button. A lot of people were wondering if that a button was missing that the game would be a lot easier well that’s not true after playing the game. The game does have it’s difficulty the same as the console version but I guess the reason for the difficulty is because you gotta strum the guitar with a pic on the touch screen. There are 27 tracks in the game so you can play with, some of them being master recordings instead of covers. Now I had some problems with the game, some of the songs in the game you can already play them on Guitar Hero III so they should of got some other songs to put in the game and the second problem is that the guitar grip can come off very easy if you are trying to move or do other stuff while playing it since it is attached to the GBA Slot on the bottom of the DS and nothing is holding it from coming off. Now those problems aren’t that bad you will eventually know how to play the game on the DS if you pick this game up and I hear that there making another game for the DS so maybe some better new songs. I would only recommend this game to die hard Guitar Hero fans that would like to play when there on trips or on the road but for everyone else I would stick to the console version of the game the fourth game is coming out soon and there’s also Rock Band 2 as well that are coming out soon.
