Generally speaking, I have found the wiki software out there to be less than compelling. It’s difficult to explain all of the reasons why as I am likely alone on this, but despite this, here we are. Today I discovered that Zoho is looking to make their Wiki software a smooth fit for SMBs and the enterprise user.
Overall, based on the description and demos I have seen, the Zoho Wiki offering looks pretty compelling for nearly any wiki based need that comes to my mind. And just like the other Zoho offerings, it feels like something you would expect from Google, in all of its Web 2.0’ish goodness.
In the end, it should be said that Zoho is also big on listening to their customers. So if you tried it and found it lacking in some area, chances are pretty solid that you will not find your comments landing on deaf ears. Not a sales pitch, just my experiences.
