As our country continues to suffer from a high unemployment rate, some of the unemployed are turning to Twitter in their job search. It is estimated that some 340,000 people have posted their job qualifications on Twitter and job recruiters are taking notice. It seems that some human resource departments are searching Twitter for qualified candidates.

One of the biggest benefits is that Twitter is a cheaper and less expensive way to recruit new hires. With this brings a flood of employers looking to capitalize on this new found wealth of potential employees. In a recent articles it also states that:
