Outlook has a very good search function but not everyone know how to effectively use it. There are many different search queries available to help target your search and narrow the results.

For example, if you are looking for a message from a specific person, type ‘from: name’ in the Search field where name is the name of the sender.

To search for messages with attachments, type ‘hasattachment:yes’. You can further refine a search by including operators such as AND, NOT, OR, =, etc.
