Did you know that Outlook includes a search function? Furthermore, you can use the search function to search appointments in your calendar. Why would someone want to search their calendar? Appointments often include important information, such as contact information, directions or even attachments. If you need to a piece of information that is in one of your Outlook appointments, you can easily use the search function to find what you’re looking for.
To search your Outlook calendar, open Outlook and switch to your calendar view. In Outlook 2007, you will see a Search Calendar field in the top corner. Type in your keywords and press Enter. Any appointments containing the keywords are displayed in the Calendar (Search Results) list.
