With iPhone trade-in volume exploding like this, I cannot help but question whether or not this means that folks are considering other platforms.
The problem is the iPhone is all well and good, but the carrier that Apple insists on is counter-productive to the end user experience. In short, Apple’s stubborn decision to tolerate AT&T’s ongoing nonsense with poor customer service.
I cannot help but wonder if the growth being see with Android, might not be related to iPhone users wanting to move onto Verizon. It makes sense. More and more, Android phones are fast catching up in functionality.
