There should be an image here!Did you know that you can send your calendar, including your appointments, to another person via email? This is great if someone such as a co-worker needs to know your upcoming availability and whereabouts.

To accomplish this, open your calendar within Outlook. Under the list of actions in the right hand pane, click Send a calendar via email. From the dialog box that appears, use the drop down arrow beside Date Range to select the dates to include in the calendar, such as Next 30 days. Click the drop down arrow beside Details to select what information to include in the calendar. Select Full details to include your meetings, appointments, availability, etc. Click OK.

Outlook automatically creates a view of your calendar in a new mail message using the information you specified. Type in the recipients email address and click Send.
