There should be an image here!Here’s a handy tip that may save you a few clicks when it comes to printing.

If you have to print a file, such as a Microsoft Word document, you don’t need to open the file in order to print it. Instead, just locate the Word document within Windows Explorer, right click on it and click Print from the context menu. Your document is automatically sent to the Printer.

You can use this with your other files such as photos, presentations, spreadsheets, etc.
