For years, I have considered the practice of law suit letters for settlement nothing more than industry giants attempting to bully the consumers into settlements. The fact is that they just want the cash and don’t care to actually let things go to trial.

Seem some one is actually fighting back, the law firm of Dunlap, Grubb & Weaver is being sued in a class action suit for;

“extortion, fraudulent omissions, mail fraud, wire fraud, computer fraud and abuse, racketeering, fraud upon the court, abuse of process, fraud on the Copyright Office, copyright misuse, unjust enrichment, and consumer protection violations”

It is nice to know that some are fighting back. It would be even nicer to hear if the courts simply got tired of this whole “sue em all” thing. All it is doing is clogging up our courts and making attorneys money.
