Most web browsers keep a history of what web pages you have visited, as well as form and search history, and download history, too. Sometimes you may want to clear this history, especially if you share a computer with roommates or family, or if use a computer at work that others can access. Under Browsing History section click Delete Browsing History on Exit and your private browsing data will be deleted every time you use IE. Just check this box and click Apply.

  2. Choose the Tools menu and then select “Delete Browsing History” from the drop-down menu.
