Brian Krebs said Rufus left him with about 100 trojans, then wiped the PC that could have proved it
Krebs warned that the Windows USB tool Rufus infects PCs. Its maintainer showed Defender flags the Linux ISO's files as Rufus copies them, and Krebs edited his post the next morning. The Defender logs went with the wiped machine.
